Thank you to all of you who have been so supportive and have assisted in bringing some light to the very questionable activities of Judge Alan J. Baverman, Mark Kadish and Paul Morochnik. Your kind words, prayers and valued information are very much appreciated.
As some of you already know, not long ago I was told to back off my supported complaints against Judge Alan Baverman and Mark Kadish (in a public place and in front of witnesses). The police took a report on the incident and information was forwarded to others. A few weeks ago, the US Marshal Service requested I come in and speak with them. They said they were sent to question me because of concern by/for Judge Alan Baverman. Somehow Judge Alan Baverman and/or his family and involved friends feel threatened by the public release of true information about their questionable activities. I was informed I have done nothing illegal in putting this information in a public forum, but was also warned there may be some action taken against me for going public about the actions of Judge Alan Baverman and those involved with him. I informed them I was only filing supported complaints against Judge Alan Baverman through the 11th Circuit and other agencies, attempting to use my 1st Amendment rights to bring attention to Judge Alan Baverman's very questionable actions, and attempting to overturn an illegal conviction/sentence through a pending appeal.
I hope authorities investigate to see if it is Judge Alan Baverman that is abusing the prestige and influence of his office by sending people out to try to intimidate me to back of valid complaints against him ---or see if it is some of his family members and/or friends with an interest in helping him stay on the bench. Either way, such action should be carefully examined and brought to the attention of the appropriate prosecuting authority.
Please keep sending us information. As always, you can remain anonymous if you like--but please do not remain silent. Your assistance, information and support are much appreciated and needed. Thanks.

www.bavermanmisconduct.com is a must see to learn about the true Alan J. Baverman.
Vote to remove Judge Baverman. Please post remarks about Judge Baverman's 'questionable' activities on any of the judicial review web sites (courthouseforum.com; therobingroom.com; abovethelaw.com; clr.com; redressinc.org; truthinjustice.org; caught.net; and/or any of the many other sites.)
Additionally, please continue to forward information about Judge Baverman's misconduct to anyone able to make a difference in ending Judge Baverman's judicial career. Please act quickly before Judge Baverman is able to harm other families for his own personal profit.
Judge Baverman, and his family, have unjustly devasted my family and me for their their own personal interests (both financial and their interest in avoiding criminal scrutiny). I appreciate the messages I have received from those of you that also know of the true danger of leaving Judge Baverman on the bench. Please continue to send information (confidential tips are ok). I understand the fear some of you have...I have personally experienced it myself. I hope you will agree we must be unselfish in our continued efforts and must continue until Judge Baverman is properly exposed and removed from office.

Federal Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman Exposed for Illegal Conduct.
Atlanta U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan J. Baverman has been alleged of personal involvement in an extortion scheme to acquire approximately one million dollars worth of real and personal assets for his family using the power and influence of his position on the bench. Further, Judge Baverman is alleged to have used the power, influence and resources of his position to coerce Scott Hintz into pleading to false allegations to fend off proper investigations against Judge Baverman and his family. These actions served the Baverman family's purpose of avoiding the criminal scrutiny they deserved. Recently, Judge Baverman provided an affidavit into the record of U.S. v. Hintz #1:03-CR-131 in the Atlanta division of the U.S. District Court clearly refuted by both the affidavits of numerous individuals and other items of evidence entered into the public record (See Docket #260).
